PIOTR WIELOWIEYSKIVice-Chairman of the BoD Piotr Wielowieyski was entrusted with the post of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director responsible for Strategy and M&A of UNIPETROL, a.s. on 28th March 2012. At the turn of 2011 – 2012 he acted temporarily as Member of the Board of Directors for Petrochemical Operations at PKN ORLEN SA. In 2008 – 2012 he was Member of the Management Board at Libella Sp. z o.o., responsible for collecting funds for development and searching for investors. Since the 6th February 2013 he has been the Chief Financial Officer of UNIPETROL. Before coming to UNIPETROL, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Maflow Group since 2011. He also collected experience in financial managament in Tele-Fonika Kable company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Board of Directors within years of 2009 and 2010. Within the years of 2007 and 2009 Mirosław Kastelik had worked as Chief Financial Officer in Isuzu Motors Polska Sp. z o.o. ANDRZEJ JERZY KOZŁOWSKIMember of the BoD Andrzej Jerzy Kozłowski was entrusted with the post of Member of BoD at Unipetrol on April 9th, 2013. Before that he was the member of the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol, a.s. since 2009. Since February 2009, Mr. Kozlowski served as Executive Director for Strategy and Project Management at PKN ORLEN S.A. Before coming to work for PKN ORLEN he operated for over 10 years in the telecommunication, media and new technologies sector. He participated in projects located in Portugal, Germany, USA and in Poland. Between 2001 and 2005 as well as 2006 and 2009 he was connected to the TP Group, where he was in charge of, among other things, strategy, project management and regulatory matters.
