We refer to our notice on occurrence and continuation of a force majeure event dated 13 December 2017 regarding an incident – fire and explosion at the partial oxidation unit (POX) - occurred in our production plant in Litvínov – Záluží, the Czech Republic (“Notice”).

 

We are pleased to inform you that the obstacle – a force majeure event notified in the Notice terminated on 9 January 2018 and, therefore, from that moment we are able to resume performance of obligations under contractual arrangements with our business partners.
