Prague, December 19, 2017 – On 19 December 2017, the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s., in accordance with applicable legal regulations, approved and delivered to PKN ORLEN S.A. its opinion regarding the voluntary public tender offer to purchase shares submitted by PKN ORLEN S.A. on 12 December 2017.
The UNIPETROL, a.s. Board of Directors opinion shall be published by PKN ORLEN S.A. together with the voluntary public tender offer on 28 December 2017 in the Commercial Gazzette (Obchodní věstník), at www.patria.cz, www.unipetrol.cz and www.csas.cz (the website of the authorized agent).
