​The General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. approved the company´s financial statements for 2015 and decided on dividend distribution to the company shareholders at the amount of CZK 5.52 per one company share before taxation.

According to the decision of the General Meeting, the non-consolidated profit of UNIPETROL, a.s. for 2015 in amount of CZK 2 143 million shall be partly transferred to the account of retained earnings of past years (CZK 1 142 million). Share in company 2015 profit awarded to the shareholders amounts to CZK 1 001 million. Dividend proposed for distribution to the company shareholders amounts to CZK 5.52 per one company share before taxation.

Dividend is payable on 21 September 2016. The dividend payment will be carried out by Česká spořitelna. Dividend payment will end on 21 September 2019.

The General Meeting elected into the position of Members of the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. Mr. Wojciech Jasiński a Mr. Zbigniew Leszczyński (with effect as of 21 June 2016), and Mrs. Grażyna Baka (with effect as of 25 June 2016). The General Meeting also re-elected Mr. Krystian Pater and Mr. Ivan Kočárník to their positions in the Supervisory Board.

The General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. held on 21 June 2016 also:

a) decided on the change in the Articles of Association of UNIPETROL, a.s.
b) appointed Mr. Rafał Warpechowski to the position of a member of the Audit Committee. Also re-elected Mr. Iain Haggis to the position of a member of the Audit Committee.
