Changes in composition of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s.
On today’s meeting of the supervisory board of UNIPETROL, a.s. (“SB”) Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz resigned from the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Unipetrol, effective immediately.
As a new Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Unipetrol, a.s. SB elected Mr. Piotr
Chełmiński, effective immediately.
Current composition of the Company’s Board of Directors is as follows:
