Changes in the management of Paramo

Mr. Jaromír Kouřil has become Paramo’s new Sales Director
The Board of Directors of PARAMO, a.s., at its meeting on 22 nd January, appointed Mr. Jaromír Kouřil as new Sales Director of the company as of 1 st February. The Board as well acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Jan Lang from this position .

Pardubice, 1 st February 2010 – Mr. Jaromír Kouřil is a highly qualified manager with many years’ experience, most of all at sales and managerial positions in international and Czech companies. He is coming to Paramo from NetGuard a.s., a company providing IT Service Management. His main area was the development of cooperation with notable corporations and clients from the state administration. Before coming to Paramo he resigned from the post of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Extra Master a.s.

PARAMO, a.s., a member of the UNIPETROL/PKN ORLEN group, processes crude oil into refinery and asphalt products and produces lubricating and process oils, including follow-up and auxiliary products,. The refinery also purchases and processes oil hydrogenates and hydrocrackates. The intermediate products are used by the refinery to produce base and lubricating oils with very low sulfur contents. The company employs 700 people.
