ZBIGNIEW LESZCZYŃSKI

Zbigniew Leszczyński was appointed a member of the Board of Directors in February 2022. He is responsible for retail management, digitalization, and supervision of registered branch ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. – BENZINA, odštěpný závod
Before joining ORLEN Unipetrol, he was a member of the PKN ORLEN Management Board for the last six years. He has extensive managerial experience in the fuels industry. For the first three years, he was responsible for retail, wholesale of petrochemical and refinery products and logistics. In the next three years, he was in charge of the development, investments, maintenance, and procurement.
He has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Deutschland GmbH, Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Unipetrol, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Paliwa.
In addition to his roles at ORLEN Group, Zbigniew Leszczyński also served as President of the Management Board of Wodociągi i Kanalizacja w Opolu Sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of Rynex Sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of Wisła Płock S.A., and Sales and Marketing Director at Kompania Węglowa S.A.
Zbigniew Leszczyński graduated from the Warsaw University, the Faculty of Accounting and Finance. He also completed the following postgraduate courses: EU Business Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, Computer Networks Design and Operation at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Project Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw, and Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development.
