Miroslav Krejčí and Martin Durčák were appointed new members of the Board of Directors of the company Unipetrol at today’s Supervisory Board meeting. Ivan Kočárník, as its current member, was appointed a vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board.Ing. Miroslav Krejčí (62) is an executive director of Chemopetrol, a. s. M. Krejčí, took control of the company Chemicke zavody Sokolov (later on Eastman Sokolov, RSM Chemacryl and Hexion Speciality Chemicals). In years 1992 – 1994 he worked as an advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade. In 1995 he was a chairman of the board of directors and a director general of the company Unipetrol and then he was a vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board for two years. In the years 1991 – 2003 he was also a president of Association of Chemical Industry.
Ing. Martin Durčák (39) has been CEO of the company BENZINA since the 1st of September 2006. During 1992-1996 he worked for ARAL company in controlling departments on the position of financial consultant for petrol stations. During his period of work in ARAL he worked in international controlling departments (Austria, Germany, Poland).
Ing. Ivan Kočárník, CSc. (61) is a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Unipetrol. In years 1992-1997 he was a Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Finance of CSFR. Afterwards he worked as a Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. He also had an important position in Česká pojišťovna, where he held post of chairman of the Board of Directors for three years.
The Supervisory Board acknowledged a resignation of Petr Bodlák form the position of member of the Supervisory Board.
