Maciej Romanów is responsible for CAPEX investments projects, quality of production, health and process safety management, environmental, waste and water management, crude oil and natural gas purchase and supply, mechanical recycling, decarbonization and innovations.
He was working for more than 18 years in the various positions in the Polish Public and Government Administration, last 5 years as director. Experienced leading complex projects and diverse teams to develop a dynamic and progressive organization. Responsible for management of the organization unit, preparing, and implementation of strategy and strategic plans. Cooperated with other organizations and external institutions, organizations and companies. Moderated and managed optimization processes and optimization initiatives and created efficiency and efficacy measures.
