ORLEN Unipetrol has launched a distinct recruitment campaign in cinemas in the Ústí Region. The film trailer-style campaign aims to show that working at ORLEN Unipetrol means both having a job and being a part of the innovative world of energy and professional growth. Using attractive videos, the company that is the Employer of the Year 2023 provides an insight into how it changes the world of energy and the role that employees can have in this change.
“The primary aim of this campaign is to breathe something new into the recruitment process and address cinemagoers visually and emotionally. We want our potential employees to find something more at ORLEN Unipetrol than a mere job. We are open to everyone wanting to work and be engaged in projects that impact our future. We want our employees to be part of this evolution and have an option to shape the future of the energy business actively,” says Michał Chmiel, HR director of the ORLEN Unipetrol Group.
The campaign launched in cinemas in the Ústí Region in September 2023 follows the film trailer style and presents the ORLEN Unipetrol Group as an attractive employer offering more than a job. These unique videos feature ORLEN Unipetrol Group employees motivating viewers to join the company and introducing the options they have to actively contribute to the energy sector’s development.

1/ An operator interrupts a spy’s sabotage
The plot: A nasty villain makes a sabotage attempt in the company’s operations, which fails only thanks to the operator’s cleverness and readiness to act.

The plot: The second video is an action presentation of the storemen’s work with forklift trucks. A clash and race of forklift trucks add a thrilling element to the trailer.
