Following the widespread power outage that affected our Litvínov plant on Friday, July 4, we are completing work to restore full production. On Wednesday, July 23, in the morning hours, we will start commissioning the ethylene unit, which is the heart of the petrochemical part of the Litvínov site. This process will be accompanied by controlled combustion of industrial gases on safety field burners. We expect the full resumption of operations in the petrochemical part of the plant and the simultaneous increase of production in the refinery part to standard levels at the beginning of next week. The Kralupy refinery was not affected by the power outage and therefore remained operational. Fuel supplies for the Czech market are assured.
