on today’s meeting, the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. elected Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director responsible for Strategy and M&A of UNIPETROL, a.s. The Board of Directors elected Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski effective as of 28th of March 2012.

2004 - 2007 Member of the Management Board at Foksal NFI SA (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange), responsible for development, supervision and divestment of companies in the Foksal NFI SA portfolio (e.g. sale of the construction company LPBO SA) and for listing process of the company FC Dwory SA (one of the companies from the portfolio)
2003 - 2004 Chairman, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board at Zachodni Fundusz Inwestycyjny SA (listed on the Warsaw SE), responsible for development, supervision and divestment of companies in the Zachodni
