On September 29th 2005 Unipetrol Rafinérie a.s. conluded an agreement with Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”). Starting from January 1st 2006 PKN ORLEN will be the exclusive supplier of REBCO crude oil to Unipetrol Rafinerie a.s. In the contract PKN Orlen is obliged to be responsible for assurance of continuous supplies. The estimated gross value of the contract is ca. USD 1bn per year.

The main target of the contract is to coordinate the crude oil delivery in the whole PKN Orlen and Unipetrol group.​
