Security Commission defined to our company the penalty in amount of CZK 200.000,- due to incomplete information stated in the Annual Report 2004, which was delivered to the Commission on May 2nd, 2005.

The Security Commission pointed out the following:

- the diference linked to the amount of all financial and kind benefits which were accepted by all issuer members of the management, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board stated on the pages 22 and 75

- absence of the chapter informing on the benefit principles of all managers and BoD members

- absence of the chapter informing on the payments to the auditors.

All above mentioned insufficiencies were eliminated and the final modified version of the annual report 2004 is published on our company´s web site. This annual report is in accordance to the legal regulations stated in the Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on the Business Activities on the Capital Market.​
