The extraordinary general meeting of PARAMO, a.s. which took place on March 10th, 2006, recalled from the Board of Directors of the company Mr. Petr. Bláha, Mr. Stanislav Bruna and Mr. Adam Zyczkowski. On their places were appointed Mr. Milan Kuncíř (19961), Mr. Ivan Otis (1947) and Mr. Jindřich Bartoníček (1955).

Before the extraordinary general meeting Supervisory Board member Mr. Jindřich Bartoníček who was elected by employees resigned from his position.

After extraordinary general meeting the Board of Directors meeting of the company took place, where Mr. Ivan Otis was appointed as a new chairman of Board of Directors of PARAMO, a.s. and Mr. Marek Mroczkowski was appointed as a vice-chairman of Board of Directors. Mr. Petr Bláha was recalled from CEO position and new CEO, Mr. Ivan Otis was appointed on this position.​
