Herewith UNIPETROL a.s. announces that BENZINA a.s., 100% subsidiary of UNIPETROL a.s., has obtained the official confirmation of the registration of BENZINA Trade a.s. liquidation from the Commercial Register. The liquidation of BENZINA Trade a.s., 100% subsidiary of BENZINA a.s., was registered in Commercial Register with the effective date of 1.1.2006.

The above legal step is completely in the compliance with new restructuring processes in the retail of fuels in UNIPETROL Group. Activities concerning the supervision and managing the fuel station shops, restaurants and customers services are now concentrated directly in BENZINA a.s. The objective of the restructuring processes is to provide the customers with higher quality of the services on BENZINA’s fuel stations and to gain savings on operational and administrative costs.
