Registration of the shareholders starts on 20 June, 2003 at 8 a.m. at the venue of the general meeting. The shareholders and their proxies – natural persons – shall prove their identity by producing valid identification documents; members of the shareholders’ statutory bodies – legal entities – shall produce also certified extracts from the Commercial Register not older than three months from the date of the general meeting.
Upon registration each proxy must deliver a written power of attorney executed by the shareholder specifying the scope of his/her powers to represent the shareholder at the general meeting. In the case a power of attorney issued for a legal entity, the proxy shall also produce a certified extract from the Commercial Register and/or a written power of attorney proving the authorisation to act on behalf of this legal entity. Natural persons acting on behalf of an administrator registered by the Securities Centre shall produce a valid identification document and documents certifying his/her authorisation to act.
The right to participate in the general meeting is given to shareholders or administrators who are listed in the extract from the register of the securities issuer kept for the Company by the Securities Centre as at the record date, i.e. 13 June, 2003.
Expenses related to the shareholders’ participation in the general meeting shall not be refunded.

3. Key data from the report on relations between the controlling and controlled entity and on relations between the controlled entity and other entities controlled by the same controlling entity for 2002:
In 2002 the Company was the controlling entity of the UNIPETROL holding and made part of the business group controlled by the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic.
In 2002 the Company received consideration from the controlling entity based on earlier concluded contracts on liquidation of old environmental burdens, and in compliance with the resolution of the government of the Czech Republic on the privatisation of KORAMO, a.s. a contract on transfer of securities – stock of KORAMO, a.s. – for consideration was concluded.
In 2002 the Company concluded contracts with companies controlled by the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic (ČESKÝ TELECOM, a.s., Eurotel Praha, spol. s r.o., Ústav jaderného výzkumu Řež, a.s.) under standard contractual terms and conditions.
The Company incurred no losses from any contractual relations. No other measures were adopted or taken in the interest of or on the initiative of the affiliated entities.
A report on relations between the controlling and controlled entity and on relations between the controlled entity and other entities controlled by the same controlling entity for 2002 shall be available for the shareholders’ inspection in the Company’s registered office for the period of thirty days prior to the date of the general meeting, always on business days (Monday to Thursday) from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
