On today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. Mr. Arkadiusz Kotlicki informed about his resignation from the position of Member of the Board.
Prague, 18 March 2009 - On today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. Mr. Arkadiusz Kotlicki informed about his resignation from the position of Member of the Board.
His employment with the company will cease to exist at the end of April 2009. „I would like to thank Mr. Arkadiusz Kotlicki for his achievements in Unipetrol during last two years," said Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Starting today, Shared Service Centre, Supply Chain Management and Project Management Office will report to Mr. Wojciech Ostrowski, Maintenance Management will report to Mr. Ivan Ottis and the logistic company Unipetrol Doprava, s.r.o. will report to Mr. Martin Durčák.
