Praha, 2 December 2013 – As of December 1 will start the contribution project „Make a present with Verva" at the petrol stations BENZINA. The profit from this contribution will go on behalf of the project Help the Children. The company BENZINA and its customers can help children in danger or children with handicaps. There was a profit of 217 692 CZK due to this contribution project last year.
„Our customers showed a great deal of solidarity at the end of last year, when they were able to buy almost nine thousand of stickers with the chicken within one month and made a present on behalf of the children by amount of 217 thousand CZK. Because of this very good result we decided to repeat the cooperation with the project „Help the Children" also this year," said Artur Śladowski, Executive of BENZINA.
„The money from the contribution at the petrol stations Benzina became part of the profit of the 15th annual contribution Help the Children. There are some already implemented projects to support children in danger or children with handicaps at this moment. One of them is the project „No life behind windows", which supports activities for children with disorders of autistic spectrum at early age," says Alena Šváchová, the Manager of Help the Children.
How can you get involved into the contribution? You can buy a sticker with the characteristic picture of a chicken at some of the 106 petrol stations BENZINA Plus. The project HELP THE CHILDREN
HELP THE CHILDREN is a long-term contribution project organised by the Civic Society Development Foundation and the Czech Television. The main objective of HELP THE CHILDREN is to enable direct and effective help to children in danger or children with handicaps up to the age of 18 across the CzechRepublic. In the period of its existence, Help the Children collection has divided more than 189 Mio CZK and helped about 180 thousand children.
