Piotr Wielowieyski, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, will be responsible for retail and transport of fuels and products (BENZINA, Petrotrans, Unipetrol Doprava) and functional activities: logistics, health, safety and environmental protection as well as for regulatory affairs management. Martin Durčák, member of the Board of Directors, who was originally responsible for retail segment, will be responsible for the refinery sector, namely for companies Unipetrol RPA (Business Unit I), Paramo, Česká rafinérská and Unipetrol Slovensko. Main responsibilites of Andrzej Kozłowski, Member of the Board, will be strategy, investment/divestments (M&A) and project management development.
Responsibilities of remaining Board of Directors members remains in all major aspects unchanged:
• Marek Świtajewski, Chairman of the Board, will be responsible for internal audit; security and control, legal, public relations, marketing, human resources and CAPEX investment projects.
• Mirosław Kastelik, member of the Board, will be responsible for controlling, accounting, treasury including financing, taxes, IT, performance and risk management, procurement; and the Shared Activities and Services (SSC) including real estate strategy and administration.
• Artur Pazdzior remains Member of the Board of Directors responsible for petrochemicals and activities of companies: Unipetrol RPA (including Energy), Butadien Kralupy, Polymer Institute Brno a Výzkumný ústav anorganické chemie.
