On May 31st, 2006 the Board of Directors of Chemopetrol, a.s. accepted the resignation of Mr. Petr Cingr, Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of CHEMOPETROL, a.s. Mr. Petr Cingr will terminate his BoD and CEO duties by 30th June 2006.
