Wojciech Ostrowski was re-elected to the Board of Directors of the joint stock company Unipetrol
Prague, 18th June 2010 –The Supervisory Board of Unipetrol at its today meeting elected to the Board of Directors of Unipetrol the to-date Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer, Wojciech Ostrowski. The Supervisory Board was discussing the extension of Mr. Wojciech Ostrowski’s seat on the Board of Directors due to the fact that his previous term of office expires this month.
Mr. Wojciech Ostrowski was elected to the Board of Directors of Unipetrol and its Deputy Chairman on 28th June 2007. Since 1st July of the same year he is also the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He is also one of the Executives in Unipetrol RPA, as well as an Executive in Unipetrol Services.
Mr. Wojciech Ostrowski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the postgraduate studies in management of company finances and value.
