Prague, 5 June 2012 – The general meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. that took place today approved the company financial statements for 2011 and a report by the board of directors on the company’s business activities and the state of its assets. Unipetrol’s unconsolidated loss for 2011 will be covered from the retained profit account from previous years.

The general meeting re-elected three members of the supervisory board to their positions, whose terms had ended. Bogdan Dzudzewicz, Ivan Kočárník a Andrzej Kozłowski were re-elected as members of the supervisory board.

Composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board shall be as of 25 June 2012 as follows:

• pan Ivan Kočárník,
• pan Zdeněk Černý,
• pan Bogdan Dzudzewicz,

• pan Rafał Sekuła.

 The General Meeting was attended by 36 shareholders or their representatives, who possess a total of 64.32% of voting rights.
