The General Meeting approved the financial statements and decided on the distribution of profit 
Zdeněk Černý and Krystian Pater were re-elected as members of the Supervisory Board for next period 
The General Meeting approved amendments to the Articles of Association of Unipetrol

Prague, 18 June 2010 –The Ordinary General Meeting of Unipetrol, held today in the City Conference Centre in Prague, Pankrác, approved the consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements of Unipetrol for 2009, decided on the distribution of profit and approved the composition of the Supervisory Board. The shareholders also approved the Report of the Board of Directors on Business Activities of the Company and State of Its Property and discussed other items on the agenda. 

The unconsolidated profit in the amount of CZK 261.9 million will be, as decided by the General Meeting, transferred to the account for undistributed profits from the previous years and to the contingency fund. 

Shareholders re-elected Zdeněk Černý and Krystian Pater as members of the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol. 

Following the General Meeting, the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol will be repeatedly composed as follows: 

•           Dariusz Jacek Krawiec, Chairman of the Supervisory Board 
•           Sławomir Robert Jędrzejczyk, Vicechairman of the Supervisory Board 
•           Ivan Kočárník, Vicechairman of the Supervisory Board 
•           Zdeněk Černý 
•           Bogdan Dzudzewicz 
•           Piotr Kearney 
•           Andrzej Jerzy Kozłowski 
•           Krystian Pater 
•           Rafał Sekuła

Also, the General Meeting approved the proposal for amendments in the Articles of Association of Unipetrol. The amendments were proposed with the aim to reflect in the Articles of Association of Unipetrol the latest changes in the Commercial Code and the Capital Market Business Act. 

55 shareholders or their representatives participated at the General Meeting provided that such shareholders disposed of the voting rights representing 65,03 share on the registered capital of Unipetrol.
