The issue dates back into years 1996-2002. We disagree with the fine for cartel agreements on prices imposed by European Commission. At the moment our lawyers are examining the EC decision and our further steps to protect the company – e. g. – the possibility of appeal to the court of 1st instance in Luxembourg. We will use all means of legal defense.​
