Following the change of financial callendar for 2006 of PKN ORLEN S.A. the company UNIPETROL, a.s. announces the change of its financial callendar 2006. Unconsolidated and consolidated audited financial results for the year 2005 will be published on Friday, April 28th, 2006, compared to originally stated date of March 21th., 2006. Financial results for the I. quarter 2006 will be published on May 15 th, 2006, compared to    the original date of May 12 th, 2006. The reason for the change is to coordinate the publishing dates of financial results with the controlling company PKN ORLEN S.A. which releases the above mentioned financial reports on the same dates.​
