With respect to the legal ragulations and to the merge of companies UNIPETROL, a.s. and PKN ORLEN S.A. our company is passing to publishing of economical results only according to international standards (IFRS). Due to that reason UNIPETROL, a.s. will not be publishing non-consolidated and consolidated results according to Czech standards (CAS) anymore, but just according to IFRS. Due to above mentioned consolidated results of the whole Unipetrol Group will not be published on August 5th, 2005 and non-consolidated results for III. Q 2005 on October 26th, 2005 as it was initially stated in the callendar. Consolidated results according to IFRS will be published at the end of August 2005 and the exact publishing date will be announced in advance. The publishing date of non-consolidated results for III. Q 2005 according to IFRS will be announced on time in the same way.​
