Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. which took place on May 19th, 2006 appointed Mr. Petr Bodlák as a member of Board of Directors of the company effective May 19th, 2006.

Mr. Petr Bodlák is 44 years old and graduated from the University of Economy in Prague. He has several years experience in the area of human resources management and restructuring process design and implementation. He took his professional experience from Human Resources Director positions in the following companies: Philip Morris, Elektromontážní závody, Komerční banka and Škoda Praha.​
