The change in share of the voting rights of UNIPETROL, a.s.

UNIPETROL, a.s. was informed that:
  • on 20.07.2006 the company I.F.B. a.s. increased its voting rights at the Shareholders' Meeting of UNIPETROL from 2,83% of votes at the Shareholders’ Meeting to 3,61% of votes
  • on 21.07.2006 the company I.F.B. a.s. again increased its voting rights at the Shareholders' Meeting of UNIPETROL from 3,61% of votes at the Shareholders’ Meeting to 5,00% of votes

The information was provided to UNIPETROL, a.s. on 25.07.2006 in accordance with § 122 Act on Business Activities on the Capital Market, no. 256/2004 Coll.
