Following the selling procedure for the purchase of 100% share of the company KAUCUK a.s., UNIPETROL,a.s. has entered into time- limited exclusive negotiations with the company DWORY S.A.During the negotiation phase the potential investor will need to commit, among others, to continue long term commercial cooperation with UNIPETROL Group in terms of feedstock/product supplies and purchases.
