Prague, December 10, 2009 - the UNIPETROL, a.s. Board of Directors on its today meeting approved changes in the top management of Unipetrol RPA. Mr. Artur Pazdzior, who is member of BoD of UNIPETROL, a.s., is the new Unipetrol RPA Executive. Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz, the former Chairman and CEO of UNIPETROL, a.s., also resigned from the position of Executive in Unipetrol RPA. 

After this change Unipetrol RPA has five Executives: Mr. Wojciech Ostrowski, Mr. Piotr Jan Cieslak, Mr. Ivan Ottis, Mr. Risto Saranto and Mr. Artur Pazdzior.
