Prague, 13 January 2011 – Martin Pavlíček will be managing Unipetrol’s Corporate Communication Department after 5 years spent in the ČEZ Group, where he first worked at centralisation of the internal communication and participated in the Group’s intranet and an employee magazine creation project and later as the press spokesperson for Central Bohemia and communication manager. 

Before he worked as a PR Specialist for the Prague Municipal Authority in the Development Department, where he was in charge of presenting the development possibilities to the investors at foreign trade fairs, and participated in the communication strategy of the Olympic Prague project. 

“I consider the appointment to the post of the Corporate Communication Director in Unipetrol as a great professional challenge. I believe that in Unipetrol I will be able to draw on my previous experience from work for a corporation of comparable significance,“ said Martin Pavlíček after his appointment. 

Martin Pavlíček graduated with a BA in Communication and Mass Media from the State University of New York and with MA in Professional Communication and PR from the LaSalle University of Philadelphia. He is currently completing an MBA course on the University of New York in Prague. His hobbies include sport (ice hockey), digital photography and everything related to professional and human communication.
