Unipetrol will remain a strategic partner of the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague). The company will support the university projects with an amount of 800,000 crowns in 2015.

“Our long-term cooperation led at the start of this year to opening of the UCT Prague – Unipetrol University Centre which is based right in the Chempark Záluží production complex. The field of Chemistry and technology of fuel and environment has been prepared for future Master’s students.

„This year, we signed a contract on partnership with Unipetrol already for the thirteenth time and I am convinced that not for the last time. The intensity as well as quality of our cooperation is growing every year and brings extraordinary results in form of a joint University Centre and other educational events intended for popularization," adds Karel Melzoch, Rector of UCT Prague.

In terms of the currently signed contract on partnership in 2015, Unipetrol will be supporting the university with an amount of 800,000 crowns. Just like last year, Unipetrol will be the main partner of the Chemistry Olympics.
