​The Supervisory Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN, a mother company of the Unipetrol Group, following its meeting on 16 December 2015, has recalled Mr. Dariusz Jacek Krawiec from PKN ORLEN Management Board and at the same time appointed Mr. Wojciech Jasiński to the position of the President of PKN ORLEN Management Board.

Mr Wojciech Jasiński graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (1972). He has a wealth of experience gathered when holding managerial positions at public administration bodies and commercial law companies. In 1997–2000, he served as Member of the Management Board, and then President, of Srebrna. He has been Member of the Polish Sejm since 2001, and served as Minister of the State Treasury in 2006–2007.
