​The General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. approved the company´s financial statements for 2014, decided on distribution of company´s non-consolidated profit and also approved cancellation of the company´s reserve fund.

According to the decision of the General Meeting, the non-consolidated profit of UNIPETROL, a.s. for 2014 in amount of CZK 327.84 million shall be transferred to the account of retained earnings of past years.  It was also decided on cancellation of the company´s reserve fund. The funds from cancelled reserve fund in amount of CZK 1 718.55 million shall be in full amount transferred to the account of retained earnings of past years. 

The General Meeting re-elected Mr. Bogdan Dzudzewicz and Mr. Ivan Kočárník, whose terms of office were expiring, to their positions in the Supervisory Board, with effect as of June 25, 2015.

• Mr. Rafał Sekuła.


The General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. held on 2 June 2015 also:

a) decided on the change in the Articles of Association of UNIPETROL, a.s.
b) recalled Mr. Ivan Kočárník and Mr. Piotr Robert Kearney from the position of a member of the Audit Committee
c) appointed Mr. Stanisław Wacław Urban to the position of a member of the Audit Committee
