​We do confirm, that the Copmapny was informed by Labor unions about strike alert in the Unipetrol RPA and Unipetrol Services companies. This step was quite surprising given the fact that currently the collective agreement is signed till end of February 2016 and in April, after an agreement with the trade unions, we paid an extraordinary one-time bonus of 7000 CZK to employees in connection with the company's positive results in the second half of 2014 and the first half of 2015. Additionally, our employees have specifically under their contracts set a bonus system in case of a positive economy of the company, the so-called participation in the economic profit.
 
Discussion on salary increase must take into consideration analysis of long term perspective of our business situation, including final impact of recent unfortunate situation in Zaluzi. On top of that, we have to take into consideration our extensive investment plans that should ensure future growth of our company.  It is worth mentioning, that the current average salary in Unipetrol RPA is greater than 38 500 CZK and in Unipetrol Services - 57 400 CZK, whereas the average remuneration  in the Czech Republic amounts for approx. 26 300 CZK.
