The intention is to train them into competent operators in chemical production within a few years.
"Thanks to the training centre, our new employees will get to know how the company operates in details and become acquainted with strict safety rules and try out some activities directly in operation under the supervision of experienced colleagues," says Michał Chmiel.
Among new employees there are mostly graduates of EDUCHEM, the Technical High School in Most or the Technical High School in Velebudice, They are on average 23 years old, men and woman.
The theoretical part consists of seven educational areasThe training program includes seven educational areas focusing for example on occupational safety, fire protection and environmental protection, mechanical engineering, chemistry or electronics. "The candidates will learn, among other things, why we have built an integrated management system and why quality is important to us. In scope of the measurement and control area, there will be a presentation about plants in operation and about the used measuring and controlling technology. The energy services unit is important for plant operation. For this reason, the electrical circuit focusing on the production of electricity and its distribution in Chempark Záluží were included in the program. A four-day training in communication and team cooperation is also part of the program," says Michał Chmiel.
The training centre also focuses on practice in individual factories, where the trainees will acquire comprehensive understanding of the complexity of individual processes in chemical production. After training at the end of March, new operators who have successfully completed the training part will start working in five production plants.
