The expected system should operate based on modules mounted directly on steam valves, enabling real-time regulation to adjust machine performance to the optimal operating point.
The solution should learn the operating characteristics of the equipment and automatically adapt its settings to minimize energy consumption and improve operational efficiency. It should be capable of functioning either through integration with a DCS system or as a standalone “black box” solution that requires no changes to the existing automation infrastructure. Due to installation in potentially explosive environments, ATEX compliance is required. We are looking for a system ready for pilot deployment in an industrial setting.
